Roles & Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
" Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
" Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint objectives.
" Lead backlog refinement, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
" Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize product enhancements.
" Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
Requirements Analysis & Solution Definition
" Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
" Translate business requirements into solution requirements and actionable development tasks.
" Create and manage:
o Epics
o Features
o User Stories
o Acceptance Criteria
o Business Process Flows
o Functional Specifications
" Clearly communicate business context and expected outcomes to development and QA teams.
" Facilitate workshops, process discussions, and requirement review sessions.
Target process & Agile Tools
" Utilize Target process extensively for:
o Product backlog management
o Epic and feature creation
o User story definition
o Release planning
o Capacity planning
o Agile reporting and tracking
" Ensure traceability from business objectives through delivery and deployment.
Estimation & Planning
" Lead story estimation exercises using:
o T-Shirt Sizing
o Story Points
o Relative Estimation Techniques
" Support sprint forecasting, dependency management, and release planning.
" Identify product risks, impediments, and mitigation strategies.
Insurance Domain Responsibilities
" Work closely with business and technology teams across:
o Policy Administration
