My client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for their expanding team. Join a fast-growing subcontractor firm with over $25M in active backlog and lead high-visibility interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

This position is an immediate need and looking for someone ready to tackle challenging projects!

Job Description:

• Manage interior projects — Oversee 5–12 commercial fit-out jobs at once, typically $100K–$1M in value.
• Run full project lifecycle — Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Coordinate stakeholders — Work daily with clients, designers, subs, and vendors to keep scope aligned.
• Maintain schedules & budgets — Track timelines, costs, and progress to ensure projects stay on target.
• Manage documentation — Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals with accuracy and timely communication.
• Conduct site visits — Monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Identify risks early — Spot delays or issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate materials — Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ordered and delivered on schedule.
• Lead project meetings — Provide clear updates on milestones, risks, and next steps to all stakeholders.
• Build client relationships — Serve as the main point of contact and deliver strong customer service throughout each project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
