Lead root cause failure analyses, conduct maturity assessments, and develop cost-effective action plans that keep critical equipment running smoothly-all while collaborating with our Engineering Services COE to deliver measurable, outcomes-based results that exceed client expectations.
On-site full-time at one of our client's facilities in NJ.
Here is some of your day:
* Deploy strategic asset management roadmaps by integrating BAS data, fault detection systems, maintenance programs, and capital planning to develop lifecycle analyses and repair-versus-replacement recommendations
* Execute site-level reliability programs through periodic audits focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation to increase system reliability
* Create and optimize preventative maintenance tasks using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, ranking asset criticality and defining cost-beneficial proactive maintenance strategies
* Lead root cause failure analysis investigations on equipment failures, prescribing corrective actions and monitoring follow-up effectiveness to prevent future occurrences
* Implement condition-based maintenance programs utilizing predictive technologies including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis for rotating equipment
* Develop risk mitigation strategies for critical assets deployable across the portfolio while investigating new technologies for reliability improvements
* Maintain accurate CMMS records including equipment specifications, failure history, and BOM while developing Key Performance Indicators for equipment reliability (MTBF, planned/unplanned work ratios, cost metrics)
* Execute multi-discipline facility condition assessments across multiple locations, documenting asset conditions to evaluate remaining useful life and compile portfolio-wide findings for capital planning
* Coordinate engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish cost-effective reliability improvements while supporting commissioning activities for upgrade and construction projects
* Collaborate actively with Maintenance and Planning groups to ensure appropriate reliability metrics are in place and equipment history is analyzed for future trending
Here is who we are looking for:
Required
