* Pipe Stress Engineer for piping design and stress analysis.
* Design, analysis, and documentation of piping systems in industrial and process plants.
* Responsible for 3D modeling, pipe stress analysis, support design, and generation of piping deliverables.
* Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME B31.1/B31.3).
* Develop and manage 3D piping models using AutoCAD Plant 3D and Autodesk Inventor.
* Design and detail pipe supports and ensure proper integration with structural elements.
* Create and optimize piping layouts for process efficiency, safety, and maintainability.
* Generate piping isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and support details.
* Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
* Coordinate with process, mechanical, and structural teams to ensure design consistency.
* Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability assessments.
* BS in Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in piping design and stress analysis.
* Proficiency in Caesar II, AutoCAD. CADWorx or Plant 3D a plus .
* Experience with piping materials, specifications, and fabrication practices.
* Strong understanding of piping codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API).
* Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant projects preferred .
* Ability to interpret P&IDs, piping specs, and equipment layouts.
