We are seeking a highly motivated
** Financial Analyst
** to join theUS Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing strategic business planning and analytical support to the fast-paced, high-performance US Pharmaceutical division. In this role, you will help the business gain deeper insights into brand performance and trends, anticipate future market developments, and evaluate new business opportunities.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Provide financial support to the US Pharmaceuticals business, including detailed expense management analysis.

+ Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with corporate deadlines.

+ Analyze actual results versus budget/forecast, identifying and explaining variances to stakeholders.

+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external business partners.

+ Support the Accounting group with analytical, accounting, and reporting tasks, including monthly fluctuation analysis of actuals versus plan/forecast.

+ Load budgets and forecasts into Hyperionand maintain accurate financial models.

+ Conduct quarterly obsolescence analyses.

+ Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests to support the US Pharmaceutical business as needed.

* Qualifications:

* + Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

+ Two years or more of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.

+ Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex expense forecast models.

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage all levels of management.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; experience with Hyperionis a plus.

This position may be available in the following location(s):
Bridgewater, NJ

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
