Senior HR Business Partner
Kelly is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources for a hybrid opportunity with a leading global organization in Bridgewater, NJ.
Despite the Senior Manager title, this is a hands-on, individual-contributor HR Business Partner role with no direct reports. The position supports the U.S. Commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations within the Vision Care business.
We're specifically looking for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner who has remained closely involved in day-to-day HR work. This is not a strategy-only or executive-level HR position.
What You'll Do- Provide hands-on HR support to leaders and employees across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and other corporate functions
- Coach managers through employee relations, performance management, workplace issues, and day-to-day people decisions
- Support annual compensation, salary planning, performance management, and talent review cycles
- Partner on workforce planning, organizational changes, succession planning, and employee development
- Assist with recruiting needs, requisitions, hiring activities, and related HR processes
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence while remaining directly involved in execution
- Use HR systems, reporting, and workforce data to support business decisions
- Support HR technology initiatives and practical adoption of AI tools
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Recent hands-on experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar role
- Strong experience personally handling employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and day-to-day HR matters
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, or other corporate functions strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated-industry background preferred
- Hands-on experience with compensation/salary planning, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational changes
- Sales incentive compensation experience is highly desirable
- Strong HR technology skills;
Success Factors or similar HRIS experience is helpful - Familiarity with AI tools or emerging HR technology is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- $75/hour
- Monday–Friday
- Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday

- Potential to convert to permanent employment within approximately 6–12 months based on performance and business needs
