Global Design System UX Designer

As a member of the Global Customer Experience Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving the enterprise design system. You will deliver scalable, user-centered design solutions that support enterprise servicing priorities while advancing the consistency, accessibility, and quality of digital experiences across platforms.

• Clear communication of experience; fluent in work and articulation of using tokenization within design and design systems
• 2 years of experience designing in Figma for web and mobile applications
• Experience developing or maintaining design systems
• Strong Figma skills to create robust design system components
• Understanding of design system structures and library organization
• Understanding of design tokens and their application in design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design and working with grid systems
• Experience designing with scalability and accessibility in mind, ensuring components meet WCAG standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
• Experience in agile environments
• Knowledge of user research methodologies
• Experience in fast-paced iterative processes
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

• Build, document, and maintain reusable design components
• Ensure design consistency across new and existing components
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leads, and other designers
• Participate in all phases of the design process from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and QA
