About the Role:

The Sr. Specialist, LMS Administration will report directly to the Director, eLearning & Training Management. You will serve as a corporate Learning Management System (LMS) business administrator and an LMS subject matter expert. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration of training in the LMS and executing on operational projects to the continuous improvement of the LMS and training strategy at Insmed.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage day-to-day LMS administration. You'll also:

  • Partner with content owners and other training points of contact to determine training needs and appropriate audiences to assign training programs in the LMS.
  • Partner with curricula owners to conduct curricula review, ensuring assignments are targeted to the correct audience.
  • Identify and drive training effectiveness and compliance improvement initiatives.
  • Create contractor accounts and assign appropriate training.
  • Manage shared team Outlook inbox and Service Now tickets.
  • Develop and test web-based training modules.
  • Support validation activities for LMS releases and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support audit and inspection events and report requests.
  • Produce and support LMS training metrics, as needed.

Who You Are:

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field as well as least 3 years' experience in LMS administration in pharmaceutical or biotech, a must. You are or you have:

  • Understanding of Computer System Validation process and deliverables.
  • Knowledge of US and global regulatory, quality, and compliance regulations, laws and standards.
  • Highly organized and creative, with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Prior experience writing and executing UAT scripts, risk assessments, and performing audit trail reviews. Audit and inspection support experience.
  • Experience working with an electronic document management system (EDMS).
  • Working knowledge of change management, deviations and CAPAs.

Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most. At least 1-2 days per month in the office subject to manager's discretion.

Travel Requirements

Minimal domestic travel expected.
