About the Job You're Considering:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, enhance, and support customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and Marketing Cloud Advanced/Data Cloud.

The role combines hands-on development, marketing automation, integrations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SFMC solutions including:
  Emails, email templates, dynamic content, content blocks Cloud Pages, landing pages, forms, preference centers
• Transactional email solutions
• Build personalization using: AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Personalization Strings, Dynamic Content
• Design and manage customer journeys through:
  Journey Builder Triggered, transactional, nurture, and multi-step campaigns
• Manage Automation Studio activities: SQL Queries, Imports, Exports, Data Extracts, File Transfers
• Audience segmentation and automation optimization
• Support Marketing Cloud Advanced/Data Cloud capabilities:
  Audience creation, segmentation, activations, customer profiles Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud integrations
• Develop API-based integrations and Salesforce CRM integrations using Marketing Cloud Connect
• Create and maintain custom Cloud Pages, subscription centers, lead capture forms, and campaign landing pages
• Perform testing, deployment support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

A strong SFMC developer with expertise in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, personalization, data management, integrations, and campaign execution, capable of delivering scalable and high-performing digital marketing solutions while working closely with architects, marketers, analysts, and administrators.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150-$174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
