The Senior Specialist, Project Management position is responsible for initiating, defining and managing high-profile creative projects of considerable complexity. This position ensures completion of projects, along with implementation and optimization of processes, ways of working, reporting, and creative review; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to Brand Guidelines and standards. The Senior Specialist, Project Management position has full project life cycle ownership;

organizing and facilitating kick off meetings, leading, coordinating, and completing projects from planning to creative execution. This includes the development of meaningful reports on project and resourcing optimization to support business goals. This position monitors project milestones and identifies potential barriers, providing recommendations and solutions to ensure successful project completion. The Senior Specialist, Project Management position regularly provides project analysis, project prioritization, timelines & assignment of resources to stakeholders and is the key liaison of communication between internal and external resources, cross-functional team members and the internal creative team.

This is a remote role with anticipated monthly travel to our corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ.  Top consideration will be given to candidates local to our corporate office.
