American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure Floorset standards are met;
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment;
Maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store and ensure guest experience is prioritized;
Foster teamwork and recognition within the merchandising team to celebrate wins;
Maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom; implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to policies
