Exeter Salary: £30,000 £ 35,000 per annum  Uncapped Performance Bonus Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (No Weekends) Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy dealership in Exeter. The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy while delivering exceptional workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out routine servicing and mechanical repairs Diagnosing faults using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards Conducting vehicle health checks and video inspections Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Salary & Benefits Basic salary of £30,000 £ 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Uncapped performance-based bonus scheme Additional £120 per month for achieving 100% completion on video inspections Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (excellent work-life balance) Ongoing training and manufacturer development opportunities Supportive team environment About You Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (required) EV and F-Gas qualifications preferred but not essential Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Team player with a positive attitude If you are a qualified technician looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with strong earning potential and career development opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
