Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate welders on structural steel projects Carry out high-quality MMA (Stick) welding on carbon steel Interpret engineering drawings Ensure all welding work complies with site quality standards, inspection requirements, and project specifications Promote strict health & safety standards in line with site regulations What you will need Proven experience as a Chargehand or Lead Welder Strong background in MMA structural welding (carbon steel) Minimum of Level 2 Apprenticeship in Welding discipline or Level 2 Diploma in a welding discipline CCNSG Card
