Craft Engineering Technician

We're looking for a hands‑on Craft Engineering Technician to join our Utilities Engineering team. This is a varied role supporting essential site services, where no two days are the same.

Whether your background is mechanical or electrical, we'll provide the training and support to help you become a fully multi‑skilled engineer.

Bridgwater | 4 on 4 off Days

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance‑related inspections
• Responding to breakdowns and fault finding across utilities and site equipment
• Maintaining boilers, compressors, CHP systems, effluent treatment plants and refrigeration equipment
• Supporting facilities maintenance, including building repairs and general site upkeep
• Stripping, rebuilding and servicing mechanical and electrical components
• Assisting with small engineering improvement projects

• Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of utilities equipment such as boilers, compressors, refrigeration, CHP or effluent plants is advantageous
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and wants to develop their skills

• 4 on 4 off days shift pattern (06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00)
