Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 1:00pm

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

· Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work

· Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

· Completing repairs and maintenance operations accurately and efficiently

· Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards

· Carrying out vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required

· Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation

· Working closely with Service Advisors and other workshop colleagues

· Maintaining high levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

· NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

· At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry

· Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills

· MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential

· Own tools and toolbox

· Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship

· Ability to work effectively as part of a busy workshop team

· Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

· Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
Alternative job titles may include:
Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Car Mechanic.
