Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst die operative Leitung der iischi buvette, führst das Service- und Küchenteam und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Gastronomiebetrieb – im Alltag ebenso wie bei Spielen, Turnieren und Events. Zudem gestaltest du das Angebot mit, kümmerst dich um Einkauf und Lager und bist Gastgeberin/Gastgeber für unsere Gäste, Sportler und Vereinen.
Das bringst du mit- Ausbildung/Erfahrung als Koch/Köchin EFZ, Restaurantfachmann/-frau EFZ
- Führungserfahrung und Organisationstalent
- Belastbarkeit und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Flexibilität für Abend- und Wochenendeinsätze
- Freude am Gästekontakt und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Walliserdeutsch von Vorteil.
