What You'll Own

As our Seasonal Operations Manager, you'll keep the entire resort running smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional hospitality every day.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading the daily operations of the resort with a visible, hands‑on leadership style.
  • Supporting Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and overall property operations.
  • Building an engaged, accountable, and service‑driven team culture.
  • Coaching team members, providing feedback, and developing future leaders.
  • Creating memorable guest experiences by proactively resolving concerns and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitoring resort appearance, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
  • Managing schedules, labor costs, departmental expenses, and operational performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate the guest journey.
  • Partnering with corporate teams to successfully implement company initiatives.
  • Ensuring the resort is always ready to welcome guests with pride.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.
  • Experience overseeing multiple operational departments.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal business demands.
