Store Associate Seasonal-Part Time

Position Summary

The Seasonal Retail Store Associate position is a limited‑time employment opportunity to support increased summer business and tourism through Labor Day. Seasonal Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, providing customer‑focused service in a leading retail setting.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and help locate additional items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.
• Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
• Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Remain upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount of force routinely.
• Maintain close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal or reading small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $15.92 - $22.92 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.

Part‑time (20 hours per week). Eligible for a range of benefits including dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, and other voluntary programs, depending on hours worked and eligibility.
