If you know dirt, know equipment, can run a crew, and can get the job done without someone standing over your shoulder
, we want to talk to you.
$30–$34/HR TO START — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
YOU NEED TO:- - Have solid excavation/construction experience
- - Know how to run heavy equipment
- - Know how to lead a crew and keep a job moving
- - Have a CDL OR be willing to get one
- - Be dependable and show up ready to work
- - Know how to read plans, follow grades, and understand the job
- - Take pride in doing the job right, not just fast
- - Be able to work hard and work safely
You're the guy who can jump in an excavator, skid steer, or loader when needed, keep the crew organized, solve problems when they come up, and keep the project moving.
We don't need someone who just stands around and points.
We need someone who knows what they're doing and leads by example.
