Elevate Credit Union is looking for a full‑time Financial Services Specialist to join our Member Support team in Brigham.
This position combines exceptional customer service with behind‑the‑scenes operational support in a professional office environment. The role assists our members through phone and digital service channels while also supporting electronic transactions, online banking services, account research, fraud‑related concerns, and daily account processing activities.
This is an on‑site position based in Brigham and is not remote or hybrid.
What You'll DoA typical day in this role may include assisting members with online and mobile banking questions, helping resolve debit/credit card or account concerns, researching transaction issues, processing account maintenance requests, reviewing fraud alerts or suspicious activity, and supporting daily account and payment processing functions. Some parts of the day involve focused operational work behind the scenes, while other times involve assisting members through phone and digital service channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to members
- Research problems and help resolve account or transaction concerns
- Process detailed account and transaction work accurately and efficiently
- Help protect member accounts by recognizing potential fraud or suspicious activity
- Balance customer service, accuracy, confidentiality, and security in daily work
- Manage a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities throughout the day
- Work closely with team members and other departments to support operational workflows and member needs

- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous banking, financial services, customer service, administrative, office, or operational experience preferred
- Candidates with experience working in professional environments involving customer interaction, detailed processes, multitasking, problem‑solving, or administrative support are encouraged to apply
- We are willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Full‑time
- Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays required (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
