EmergencyMD in Brigham City is seeking a full-time Financial Services Specialist to join our Member Support team. In this on-site position, you will combine exceptional customer service with operational support, assisting members through phone and online service channels.
Your role includes resolving account issues, processing transactions, and providing detailed account support. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can manage various responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in customer service or banking. Full-time shifts are Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
