- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to problem solve issues they are experiencing. Assure timely accurate resolutions are provided to customers
- Asist in remake order processin D365
- Helpleadinvestigations to get to root cause of issues
- Collaborate with other departments to find solution sand help facilitate process improvements
- Perform other tasks as directed by Quality Services Supervisor
- Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Prior experience with Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Oneyearexperience in customer service or adjacent department
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in D365
