Process Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and improve processes in manufacturing systems.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
• Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Must be competent in the use of Solid Works CAD.

• Bachelors degree or above in Manufacturing, Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrable knowledge in process design, development, and optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
