Job Title:
Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Structural Steel Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years managing projects involving structural steel fabrication, from planning through execution. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their projects and work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Manage structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, and change management
- Conduct site visits and project meetings as needed
- Monitor safety compliance and reporting
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects successfully
- Strong understanding of steel detailing, fabrication, and erection processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
