Previous credit union or banking experience is not required. We provide training and support to help you learn the role and succeed.

What You'll DoYou'll help members complete their everyday financial transactions while providing a welcoming, accurate, and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions

Maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer

Answering questions and helping members resolve account concerns

Updating account information and completing routine service requests

Explaining credit union products and services clearly

Recognizing member needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions

Protecting member information and following established procedures

Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive branch environment

What We're Looking For You do not need previous financial institution experience, but you should bring a strong record of reliability, service, and attention to detail.

You may be a great fit if you have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of steady customer service experience

Strong communication and computer skills

The ability to learn new systems and procedures

Careful attention to detailA professional, dependable, and positive approach

Comfort handling money and working with confidential informationA genuine desire to help people

Spanish-speaking applicants may qualify for additional pay.

Work Schedule This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours or less each week.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. until either 5:15 p.m. or 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Occasional Tuesday meetings begin at 8:00 a.m.Tellers rotate Saturday shifts from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. When you work a Saturday, your weekday schedule will be adjusted so that you remain within 40 hours for the week.

There are no Sunday shifts or late-night hours.
