We are seeking an enthusiastic, service‑driven Part‑Time Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in delivering friendly, dependable service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in representing the Hampton by Hilton brand.
Position Details & Opportunities- Part‑time position
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Opportunities for cross‑training and crossover into other departments based on interest and business needs

- Mitigate customer complaints as needed
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guests’ needs in‑person and online regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties: keep guest information current and correct
- Greet guests with warmth, check them in and out, and provide correct keys and room numbers
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous, solution‑focused manner
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold Hilton brand standards to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, customer‑service, and interpersonal skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
$12 - $14 hourly
