Customer Service Rep
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton by Hilton in Brigham City.
As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first and last impression our guests have of the hotel. You’ll welcome guests with a positive attitude, assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage guest accounts, answer questions, make reservations, and help resolve concerns. Most importantly, you’ll make sure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of throughout their stay.

We are looking for someone who can work 3–4 days per week
, with a schedule that may include both AM and PM shifts
. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Previous hotel or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

$12 - $13 hourly
Qualifications- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
- Mitigate customer complaints as needed
