Part time Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Every other weekend, 12 hour shifts, day and grave available. Total of 4 days a month. Set schedule. Great way to supplement your income!
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment while maintaining safe and efficient operations.
• Perform equipment changeovers, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Record production, waste, downtime, and efficiency data to support operational performance goals.
• Maintain clean work areas, complete sanitation audits, and support corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts, assist in other plant areas as required, and provide coverage during absences or breaks.

Part time Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Steel Toe shoes required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or related industrial experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including familiarity with production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English while following detailed work instructions and working in a team environment.
