RN Clinic Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinic Supervisor for Brigham Center for Women’s Health, a leading health care provider in the HCA Healthcare network. The position is full‑time and requires weekdays with no nights, on‑call, weekends, or holidays.

Full time (Monday–Friday, days), no nights, no on‑call, no weekends, no holidays.

Seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor who will provide leadership and ensure high quality, efficient care for all patients.

• Direct day‑to‑day functions of clinic staff and programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Help establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance and evaluations, including supervising, coaching, and disciplinary action for front‑office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek appropriate leaders or partners to problem‑solve and process‑improve.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
• At least 2 years in a clinical management position.
• Current and unrevoked RN license.
• CPR Certification.
