Auto Shop Admin Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 05:00pm)

• Customer service and answering phones.
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory of auto parts in the shop.
• Cash handling.
• Creating estimates and invoices.
• Taking auto parts that are dropped off out to the shop.

Auto Shop Admin Assistant

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Excellent customer service. Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Cash handling skills and experience answering phones
• Outgoing personality, and self motivated
• Professional appearance
• Clean driving record
• MUST be able to work the entire shift and be there every work day, attendance is crucial.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
