  • Cut out damaged areas, drill holes for reinforcing rods, and position rods to repair concrete.
  • Waterproof or restore concrete surfaces with appropriate compounds.
  • Wet the concrete surface and rub with a stone to achieve the specified finish.
  • Prepare the surface for bonding and fill holes and cracks with grout, slurry, or epoxy.
  • Direct subgrade work, mix concrete, and set forms for beams, columns, and panels.
  • Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry using appropriate tools.
  • Perform clean-up in connection with the work and comply with safety policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist construction laborers with duties and be prepared to take on other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. Vocational training is strongly desired.
  • Preferred interview status for candidates with secondary or post-secondary credentials (e.g., Precision Exams, NOCTE).
