Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing (Mechanical/Fabrication Focus)
We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're a jack-of-all-trades with deep experience in troubleshooting, fabrication, and maintaining complex mechanical systems, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, clutches, and conveyors.
- Perform light electrical work, including wiring, sensors, and motor controls.
- Fabricate brackets, guards, and other components using welding, cutting, and machining tools.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment uptime.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in:
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Conveyor systems
- Gearboxes, clutches, and drive systems
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
- Fabrication and welding
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industrial automation or controls is a plus.
- Technical certifications or training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or fabrication.
