Class A OTR Driver | Up to $97.2K/Year | No Northeast Runs
FINANCIAL SUMMARY
- Average Weekly: $1,519 / week ($78,988 avg annual)
- Top Earner Weekly: $1,870 / week ($97,240 top annual)
- Pay Rate: $0.54 – $0.58 CPM (scaled by tenure)
- Mileage Target: ~2,500 average miles per week
- Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight (Dry Van)
- Orientation: In-person mandatory in Colton
- Running Territory: West, Midwest, South, and Southeast (48 states, strictly excluding Northeast routes)
- Regular Delivery States: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, WY, CO, NM, NE, KS, OK, TX, IA, MO, AR, LA, MS, TN, KY, IL, IN, AL, GA, FL, VA, and OH
- Freight Handling: 100% No-touch; combination of drop-and-hook and live dock appointments
- Equipment: Assigned condo sleeper truck
- Active Class A CDL with unexpired DOT medical certification
- Ability to provide daily ETA updates to dispatch for schedule compliance
- Orientation completion at the Colton facility
- Possible 1-week mentor ride-along during onboarding based on experience level
