Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to children and young people with additional needs
- Assist with daily routines, education, and social activities
- Promote independence and confidence
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Assist with personal care where required
Accompany and support community‑based activities - Build trusting and consistent relationships
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times
- Eligibility to work in the UK (minimum of 12 months right to work)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to supporting children
- Experience working with children or young people
- Background in care, support work, youth work, education, sports coaching, or similar
- Great for students or retired professionals
