The Bear is seeking a Front of House Supervisor who leads by example, enjoys working with people and supports the team through busy service. Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally with supervisory or senior FOH responsibilities.
You will be a key link between the FOH team and management, maintaining a calm, confident and professional environment that guests should always experience. Lead from the front, support colleagues and ensure standards don’t slip when it gets busy.
