Level 3 Qualification needed.

• Tasks Digitally Managed from Device Provided
• Car Provided

• Initially undertake Fire Risk assessments in the London/South/West/East Locations, working from approved FRA software you will be responsible for ensuring a report is generated to the highest standard ensuring all building risks have been identified and recorded.
• You will ensure receipt of Report to the Back Office team and have a good communication style to actively look at ways we can ensure the Clients premises is kept as safe as possible through remedial actions.
• We believe in providing training to the successful candidate to enhance their skillsets into Fire Door Inspection and Fire stopping/Compartmentation Inspection qualifications, this enables a full rounded survey package to our clients.

• Qualified Risk Assessor for 2/3 years minimum
• Fully Conversant with PAS 79 Methodology
• Member of IFSM /IFE or similar – Advantageous
• Fire Stopping Inspection or Fire Door inspection to level 3 highly sought after
• Full Driving License
• Ability to travel across areas
• Pro active and self motivated
