Up to 37,002.35 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Repair Roof Operative Required Our client is looking for an experienced Roof Repair Operative to join their team covering the Brighton area. The Role As a Repair Roof Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing repair and maintenance work on domestic properties. Working across a broad geographical area, you will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out high-quality roofing repairs on a variety of property types.

Diagnosing roofing issues and completing effective repairs.

Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety standards.

Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents.

Meeting productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost-efficiency targets.

Ensuring value for money through effective use of materials and resources.

Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.

Promoting a positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture at all times.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in roofing repairs and maintenance.

Knowledge of a wide range of roofing systems and materials.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Full UK Driving Licence.

A positive, proactive approach with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Happy to have a clean standard DBS check.
