Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Day Shift

Position Overview

• Provide direct nursing care following established policies and protocols.
• Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at the time of hire.
