We are looking for energetic, upbeat technicians / mechanics who have a positive attitude and a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests. The ideal candidate seeks solutions to tough problems and helps create a great guest experience.

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests using expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign models.
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work within a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long‑term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head height.
• Operate in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Have dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
• Navigate computer systems efficiently.
