Dolan & Associates is growing fast, and we’re hiring an experienced, proactive, customer-focused individual with exceptional project management skills to plan and deliver our top‑notch Client Service Program.
What You’ll Be DoingThe Client Support Specialist manages the delivery of a defined set of customer service interactions and touchpoints to our existing clients throughout the year.
This is a proactive role – not reactive. You won’t wait for clients to call with questions or service requests. You will plan your time to deliver the Client Service Program on time and with the highest level of client care.
The initial pay will be between $20 - $26/hour, depending on experience. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, proactively suggesting improvements to service delivery.
