License: CO, IMLC - WILL WAIT FOR A CO LICENSE
Certifications:
BC, Fellowship trained, BLS
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: 3-5 years minimum
Additional Information:
Support Staff: APP, MA, RN, social worker, Dietician, Navigators, infusion nurses
