  • Collaborate with classroom teachers during PLC time to identify students needing Tier 2/3 support and to align interventions with core instruction.
  • Support the implementation of Building Thinking Classrooms practices by reinforcing productive struggle and student ownership during intervention sessions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of intervention plans, progress data, and behavior incident trends to inform MTSS team decisions.
  • Partner with school counselors, special education staff, and administration to ensure a coordinated, wraparound approach for students with the greatest needs.
  • Build trusting, consistent relationships with students, families, and staff that reflect West Ridge's culture of high expectations and genuine care.
  • Assist in monitoring and reinforcing school wide behavior systems to promote consistency across all classrooms and common spaces.

Required Qualifications:

A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License/Authorization. The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously. The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
