As a Superintendent with Crusoe's Manufacturing team, you will be a key leader in ensuring the reliability and safety of our electrical systems. Your advanced expertise will be essential for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of these systems, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of electrical codes and best practices to interpret complex blueprints, troubleshoot challenging electrical issues, and implement innovative solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to mentor other electricians, contribute to a dynamic team, and work with cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician with a proven track record of success, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position.

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $60.15 - $68.75/hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
