Responsibilities- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
- Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills – verbal, written, and telephone.
- Accurately perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; handle monetary change; use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
- Show motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for rapid, precise movements.
- Work in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), indoors and outdoors.
- Handle fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust; work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
- Stand for most tasks; walk on different surfaces; lift loads up to 50 lbs.
- Perform tasks requiring forward bending, crouching, and reaching up to 72 in.
- Use hands continuously for duties such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, and handling pizza boxes.
- Drive only if required for delivery. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required for delivery duties.
