Senior Premier Banker

• Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments
• Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and provide tailored banking and credit strategies
• Serve as the primary financial partner with comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
• Own and grow a defined book of business using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight
• Deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking
• Support everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests
• Coordinate warm introductions and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
• Promote digital adoption of self-service and mobile banking
• Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, accelerate issues, and follow policies and regulations

• 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
• Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations
• Experience proactively sourcing, acquiring, and deepening customer relationships
• Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth
• Experience coaching or supporting peers
• Clear and confident communication, empathetic listening, and ability to build credibility and trust
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
• State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018
• FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in applicable states, including Nebraska
• Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
• SAFE registration required at the time of employment
• Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
• Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards for financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
