Join our dedicated team at Home Matters of North Denver, where we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their homes. As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, companionship, and support to our clients in Lakewood, Littleton, and Denver.

• Help clients with daily activities, safety, and comfort, following a detailed care plan for each individual
• Provide hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as well as assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and basic safety checks
• Offer companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement, escorting clients to appointments or outings as listed in their care plan
• Report any changes in condition to your supervisor or RN and maintain accurate records of client care
• Protect client privacy (HIPAA) and follow infection control and safety procedures

• 21+ years old
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to pass all background and reference checks
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
• Reliable transportation
• Able to travel 15-50 miles each way to client homes
• Willing to attend required in-person trainings/meetings at our Brighton, CO office

• Competitive hourly rate: $20-$25 HOURLY
