Payroll Specialist

Up to $80,000

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing in a high-volume environment. This role focuses on payroll execution and compliance, with a strong emphasis on certified payroll reporting for prevailing wage and union-related projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll processing experience, understands prevailing wage requirements, and is comfortable preparing and maintaining certified payroll documentation.

• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation for compliance and audit purposes

• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to wages, hours, or deductions

• Experience preparing certified payroll for prevailing wage projects

• Background processing payroll in a union or construction environment

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience with strong attention to detail
