Human Resources Supervisor

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HR SUPERVISOR IN BRIGHTON, CO

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HR Supervisor to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for supporting and overseeing daily Human Resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, HR generalist experience, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Starting at $57,784–$60,000 annually

• Located in Brighton, CO

• Supervise and support daily HR operations and employee relations
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Support performance management and employee development processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Partner with leadership on staffing and workforce planning
• Support payroll, benefits, and employee communications
• Investigate and help resolve employee concerns
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR reporting
• Promote a positive, professional, and engaging workplace culture
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Distribution or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
