Recruiter - Entry Level

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and ensure a positive experience
• Post and maintain job openings on approved platforms
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure smooth interview logistics
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Interest in recruiting or Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment with changing priorities
• Outgoing, energetic personality who enjoys connecting with people
• Coachable, positive, and open to feedback
