Attentive Working Date Range:

Monday May 4th, 2026 - July 24th, 2026

Will need to work the weekend before election day (Saturday June 27th, 2026 & Sunday June 28th, 2026).

Position Summary:

The Election Worker Operations Center (EWOC) Judge plays a vital role in supporting the preparation, training, and logistical coordination required for successful election operations. This position supports both in-office election staff and Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) before and during the election period. EWOC Judges are essential in ensuring smooth operations by managing supplies, assisting with training efforts, and providing technical and procedural support to election workers.

Job Description:
  • Prepare training materials and assist in the training of election judges.
  • Organize and prepare election supplies for Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs).
  • Manage and track VSPC supplies throughout the election cycle.
  • Provide real-time support to VSPC staff over the phone, emai, and in person.
  • Support election staff within the office on various operational needs.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and help election workers resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Respond to unusual or non-standard situations with professionalism and adaptability.
  • Perform duties requiring extended hours as needed during elections
  • Track election data in excel, word, Microsoft forms etc.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and relay technical information, particularly in troubleshooting election equipment.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills when handling unique or unexpected scenarios.
  • Previous experience in voter service and pulling centers preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
